Wasabi Powder

Our Wasabi powder is made from freshly harvested Wasabi rhizomes only. The powder is freeze-dried onsite to lock in all of the special heat and flavour of the rhizome. We vacuum package the Wasabi powder to protect the powder and increase it shelf-life.
